Absorbent granules made from milled and dried corn cob.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

• high absorbency : 1 L cob 16 chip can absorb up to 1.4 litres

• virtually dust free

• no chemical treatment in any way

• ash at 800° C: 1.2 %

• loose bulk density: 450 to 660 g/l

• moisture content: 11 % maximum

• pH: 6

PARTICLE SIZE

Average size of particles: 1 mm - 1.5 mm
